1. Who we are

mimo.stories is operated by Renato André Ribeiro Madeira, a sole trader, tax number (NIF) 243310749, with address at Rua Dr. Francisco Barbosa, 2040-247 Rio Maior, Portugal. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

mimo.stories is a library of digital stickers (PNG images) for use in Stories, Reels and social media posts. Some stickers are free; the others (premium) require an active subscription or unlocking with credits.

3. Your account

To save favourites and make purchases you need an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of the details you provide.

You must be at least 16 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

4. Sticker licence

All stickers, illustrations and texts are the property of mimo.stories and are protected by copyright. With the free stickers or a purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use them in your posts and Stories — including on your business accounts.

• You may not resell, redistribute or share the files;
• publish them as a collection, pack or stock image library;
• use them in products for sale (merchandise, prints, templates);
• use them to train artificial intelligence models;
• remove or circumvent the image protection.

5. Prices and payments

Prices shown on the site include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. For some purchases Stripe acts as reseller (merchant of record) — in that case Stripe issues the invoice and handles VAT. You will receive your receipt by email.

6. Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under “My account” → “Manage subscription”; premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the renewal.

7. Credits

The credit pack is a one-off payment. Each credit unlocks one premium sticker, which stays available in your account forever. Credits do not expire, cannot be refunded in cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right no longer applies once, before paying, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We ask for this confirmation at checkout. The cases in which we refund are set out in the Refund Policy.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures. We are not liable for indirect damage or for how you use the stickers in your posts.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For consumer disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).
